How do I order?

To make an order simply head to our "shop" section. There you can decide which product you would like to order. Once added to your basket simply head over to checkout and process. We will then do the rest.

How do I set up the QR?

That's easy! Included in every order are instructions on how to edit your loved ones profile. We also have video tutorials on our socials and youtube.

How long does my order take to process?

In most cases your order will be posted the next working day. You also have the option for urgent delievery at checkout if you need it quicker.

I need help with what to write!

We know that grief can often cloud the mind and it can be hard to find the write words. Our team are on standby to help with this. We have free prompt guides that can help as well as support sessions. Just pick up the phone or drop our team a message and we will work with you to complete your loved ones profile.
